-- Room Reservation & Set-Up If you are organizing a program, meeting or event that will take place at WJC, you must submit a Room Reservation form and a Room Setup form prior to the event. To get copies of these forms, click here.If you are renting space at WJC for a private event, e.g., bar mitzvah reception, bris, etc., you must fill out a room space reservation form. This form includes fee and deposit information and is a different form than the one you would use if you are reserving space for a WJC program.
