Philosophy
The Westchester Jewish Center is committed to the concept that a Jewish education is an ongoing process that does not end with Bar/Bat Mitzvah. It is the goal of the synagogue to provide an academic and experiential program to students in 8th through 11th grades. We provide a nurturing teen-friendly atmosphere in which students can learn, socialize, pray, and eat dinner together in our building with our staff. It is our goal to support our students’ Jewish growth during their teen years and as they prepare to leave for college.
