DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nAs part of our celebration of Sephardi and Mizrachi her
 itage\, WJC members with family origins in the Mediterranean Basin and Mid
 dle East will share their families' stories and their favorite aspects of 
 their heritage.\n[Due to an injury\, unfortunately the author Joseph Sasso
 on is unable to travel to deliver his author talk that had been scheduled 
 for this time. His talk will be rescheduled for the fall. ]\n\n\n\nThis ev
 ent is preceded by:\n\n\n\n5:30pm-6:00pm: Preschool Family Shabbat Service
 \nThese services are specially designed for families with young children\,
  creating a warm and welcoming space where little ones can connect with th
 eir heritage in a fun and engaging way. If you're looking for a way to int
 roduce your preschooler to the beauty and joy of Shabbat\, step into the w
 elcoming embrace of a Family Shabbat Service. You might just discover a ne
 w favorite family tradition in the making!\n\n6:00pm-7:00pm: Community Sha
 bbat Dinner \nThe entire WJC community is invited to join us for a Shabba
