Please welcome Irrit Dweck and returning instructor\, Robi n Wald\, as they lead us in inspiring infusions of Jewish wisdom\, yoga an d movement\, meditation and relaxation. Our spring schedule is as follows: \n\nMarch 26 - taught by Robin Wald\nApril 9 - taught by Irrit Dweck\nMay 14 - taught by Robin Wald\nJune 26 - taught by Irrit Dweck\n\nRobin Wald i s a Jewish educator who has been teaching Jewish yoga and meditation for a dults\, teens\, and children at synagogues and religious schools in Westch ester since 2005. She integrates the wisdom of Torah\, Tanach\, kabbalah/m ysticism\, Pirke Avot\, and Mussar with the embodied physical and spiritua l practices of yoga and meditation.\n\nIrrit Dweck teaches Arabic and Span ish at SAR High School and Yoga to adults and teens. In her classes\, she explores a connection to breathe through movement and a philosophical them e.\n\nWhether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi\, please join us. Social distancing rules will be followed. Irrit and Robin are vaccinated\, and anyone who is unvaccinated will be required to wear a mask. Please br ing your own mat and water bottle. Blocks are optional. We greatly look fo rward to practicing yoga together again!\n\n \;\n\nMask Policy\n\nIndo ors: Consistent with current CDC guidance\, all persons age two and above must wear masks at all times while inside the building\, regardless of vac cination status. Exceptions include presenters from the Bimah during relig ious services (including prayer leaders\, speakers\, and Torah readers) an d while seated and eating.\n\nIn Outdoor Tent Spaces and on Synagogue Grou nds: Masks may be required for large gatherings in outdoor tents as deter mined by synagogue leadership. At other times\, fully vaccinated persons n eed not wear masks outdoors\, although we ask that everyone be mindful of the sensitivities of those around them. All unvaccinated persons age two a nd above must wear masks outdoors when they are within six feet of others\ , except when seated and eating Kiddush with their families or pods.\n\nVa ccination Policy\n\nIndividuals ages 12 and above: For the safety and com fort of the congregation\, all eligible persons ages 12 and above must be fully vaccinated to attend religious services\, programs\, or other WJC ac tivities in the building. We reserve the right to request proof of vaccina tion at our discretion.\n\nThose who are not fully vaccinated may attend o utdoor programming in accordance with the masking policy set forth above. We will continue to provide access to our services and many of our program s virtually through Zoom and/or live stream.
