DESCRIPTION:We are thrilled to gather in the Activity Center Saturday at 10
 :00am to deepen our understanding of Jewish spirituality through the pract
 ice of yoga. Please welcome Irrit Dweck and returning instructor\, Robin W
 ald\, as they lead us in inspiring infusions of Jewish wisdom\, yoga and m

 \, 2023  - Irrit Dweck\nRobin Wald is a Jewish educator who has been teac
 hing Jewish yoga and meditation for adults\, teens\, and children at synag
 ogues and religious schools in Westchester since 2005. She integrates the 
 wisdom of Torah\, Tanach\, kabbalah/mysticism\, Pirke Avot\, and Mussar wi
 th the embodied physical and spiritual practices of yoga and meditation.\n
 \nIrrit Dweck teaches Arabic and Spanish at SAR High School and Yoga to ad
 ults and teens. In her classes\, she explores a connection to breathe thro
 ugh movement and a philosophical theme.\n\nWhether you are a beginner or a
 n experienced yogi\, please join us. Social distancing rules will be follo
 wed. Irrit and Robin are vaccinated\, and anyone who is unvaccinated will 
 be required to wear a mask. Please bring your own mat and water bottle. Bl
