DESCRIPTION:We are thrilled to gather in the Activity Center Saturday at 10
 :00am to deepen our understanding of Jewish spirituality through the pract
 ice of yoga. Please welcome Irrit Dweck and returning instructor\, Robin W
 ald\, as they lead us in inspiring infusions of Jewish wisdom\, yoga and m
 ovement\, meditation and relaxation. Our schedule is as follows:\nFebruary

 bin Wald is a Jewish educator who has been teaching Jewish yoga and medita
 tion for adults\, teens\, and children at synagogues and religious schools
  in Westchester since 2005. She integrates the wisdom of Torah\, Tanach\, 
 kabbalah/mysticism\, Pirke Avot\, and Mussar with the embodied physical an
 d spiritual practices of yoga and meditation.\n\nIrrit Dweck teaches Arabi
 c and Spanish at SAR High School and Yoga to adults and teens. In her clas
 ses\, she explores a connection to breathe through movement and a philosop
 hical theme.\n\nWhether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi\, please
  join us. Social distancing rules will be followed. Irrit and Robin are va
 ccinated\, and anyone who is unvaccinated will be required to wear a mask.
  Please bring your own mat and water bottle. Blocks are optional. We great
 ly look forward to practicing yoga together again!
