World Jewry Committee presents
Over the past year, the number of refugees and displaced people across the world has grown to more than 65 million – more than anytime in history. This is made all the more critical by the United States, reducing the number of refugees admitted in 2018 to an unconscionably low number. Please join Isabel Burton, Director of Community Engagement Programs at HIAS, to learn more about the crisis and explore how the Jewish community is taking a stand. We will also hear from members of Neighbors for Refugees about what they are doing to help and find out ways we can all help now.
