Did you know that before there were potato latkes, the Jewish people ate a dairy latke that was more like a pancake?  If you’ve ever been to Sara Beth’s and tasted their Lemon Ricotta Pancakes (my favorite dish there!), these original latkes were very similar to Sara Beth’s and very delicious!

Take a cooking class with our Rabbi Dalton to cook together (or watch us do the work!) these delectable dairy latkes!

Children are welcome to join this spirited Zoom event where we will cook together this simple, quick recipe and also learn about our foremother Judith, possibly one of the greatest lesser-known heroes of the Hanukkah story!

If you’d like to make these latkes as we demonstrate, the ingredients are below, for you to purchase in advance!

Please join us on Tuesday, December 15,
