As coach\, educator\, and advocate\, she holds transformative g atherings and workshops to explore grief tending tools and techniques that foster community\, hope\, and healing. Her work has been featured in The Washington Post\, Psychology Today\, and Maria Shriver’s The Sunday Pape r\, among others. Her mother\, Ellen\, died suddenly in 1993. Her dad\, Ne il\, lives with dementia. She honors them in this work.
