All of our Hebrew High School students, in good standing, are encouraged to work for WJC on Sunday mornings or weekday afternoons as aides in our Religious School classrooms.
These are paid positions that encourage our teenagers to be responsible leaders and positive role models for our younger students.
Students may make requests for their assignment. If we have a large number of requests, students who have worked in previous years and have more experience may receive priority in their assignment.
Depending on the number of students interested in working, students may also be limited to one semester.
All teen aides are expected to act as a dugma, an example for the others.
