Minyan
When it comes to the Daily Minyan, you can make a difference and feel a difference too! Support fellow congregants who are saying Kaddish, while also sharing a sense of community and opening or reopening a spiritual door. Even one minyan a month makes a difference!
Morning Minyan
Weekdays, 7:00am*, Sundays and NYSE holidays 8:30am
Join us in person in the chapel for Minyan led by one of our clergy or volunteers. This service features a Torah reading on Mondays, Thursdays, Rosh Chodesh (beginning of Hebrew month), fast days and other holidays. There are several opportunities to recite Mourner’s Kaddish. Morning minyan usually lasts 35-45 minutes and is followed by bagels and hot drinks. If you cannot make it in person, you can also join us via Zoom.
*on the intermediate days of Sukkot and Passover and on Purim, morning minyan begins earlier. Consult the website calendar.
Evening Minyan
Sundays-Thursdays, 7:30pm
A 15-minute opportunity to be together for afternoon (mincha) (Spring and Summer only) and evening (ma’ariv) prayers, and an opportunity to say the Mourner’s Kaddish. Join us in person in the chapel. If you cannot make it in person, you can also join us via Zoom.

Sign up for Minyan
The daily minyan is the backbone of the WJC community and provides an opportunity, twice a day, for members of the congregation to pray, to connect with others in the community, and, if they are in mourning or are observing a yahrzeit, to say kaddish. Please join us for minyan in the chapel or on Zoom (and in the mornings, please join us afterward for fresh bagels, hot drinks, and conversation). Newcomers are especially welcome. We are eager to expand the group of over 100 WJC congregants and volunteer coordinators who help ensure that at least 10 Jewish adults are present for each of our daily in-person services.
We invite you to sign up in advance, if possible, for our weekday morning and evening minyan and the Friday and Saturday night minyan as well. Click here to sign up. But please feel free to come even if you have not signed up beforehand.
