Virtual Majorca Spain Trip: Sunday, December 6, 10:00am

UNPACK your suitcase and get ready to GO (to your couch) for our virtual trip to Majorca Spain!

Join the World Jewry Committee and the WJC Sisterhood Sunday, December 6, 10:00am as we embark on a trip to Majorca Spain with Jewish tour guide/travel educator, Dani Rotstein, who takes us through the streets of Majorca and shows us the sites Jews thrived in over 500 years ago.

Over the last five years, Rotstein, originally from New York City, has been working to rebuild the Jewish community in the Spanish holiday island’s capital Palma, which was forced to accept Catholicism in a series of persecutions from 1391 to 1492. Last year he, along with his wife, opened up an educational tourism company and has already created a buzz, but with the arrival of Señor Covid, which due to the pandemic has become an online video virtual tour.

This is a free event, but please register at wjcenter.org.
