Family Nature Walk
Sunday, May 16, 2020 10:00am
Sheldrake Environmental Center, 685 Weaver Street, Larchmont

Families with children in 4th through 7th grade are invited to join us on a tree walk. As we walk along the nature trail, we will learn to identify different tree species, discuss their importance in the ecosystem, and reflect on why the Torah is called “The Tree of Life.” Socially distanced, hands on, interactive games will be part of this very special experience led by WJC member and naturalist Gail Koller. Please note that the program is limited to 14 total participants, masks are required, and we will do a contactless temperature check for each participant. The Sheldrake Environmental Center’s building is closed and bathroom facilities are not available.
