Guess Who’s Coming to Shabbos Dinner

On April 4, 2025, you’ll have the unique opportunity to share a Shabbat dinner with friends you haven’t met yet, either in your home or in theirs. Together, let’s extend our wonderful WJC community beyond the walls of the synagogue and strengthen our ties to one another. Are you a young family looking to connect with other young families? Or are you a new member looking to meet other members? Maybe you’d like to exhibit your cooking skills, or maybe you just want a week off from preparing a Shabbat meal. Whatever the goal, we have a place for you that will feed your belly, your soul, and exhibit the mitzvah of hachnassat orchim, welcoming guests. And the beauty of this is, as we get to know each other outside of shul, it’ll make coming together in shul that much more meaningful. Please note that while there are no guarantees, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences for both guests and hosts.
