An autobiographical one-woman show about a timid, imaginative, and resilient Jewish girl from Kiev, Ukraine, who immigrated to the US and who has always wanted to be an artist – filled with original music and poetry. “Leaving Kiev: Coming Full Circle” is about leaving home we always carry inside. The show addresses such issues as antisemitism, immigration, emotional/physical abuse, and the first heartbreak. It is a must-see, as it is profound, funny, inspiring and educational. Anyone or group who has experienced bullying, persecution, or has been discriminated against or treated unfairly will relate to this message. It appeals to all senses – visually, aurally and experimentally.
