A Writing Workshop“The Places We Come From…the Stories We Tell”

Instructor: Dr. Judith Summerfield

Six Tuesdays at 7:30 PM ~ February 5, 12, 19, March 5, 17, 2019

At the Workshop we will explore:

  • Questions about Memory, History, and Identity
  • How to Write Our Stories using Fiction, Non-Fiction, Poetry, Letters, Images, Graphics
  • A Variety of Short Texts including the Instructor’s Memoir A Man Comes from Someplace, Memory From a Lost Time

About Judith Summerfield
Judith Summerfield, Professor Emerita of English, Queens College (CUNY), introduced her book at the Krakow Jewish Festival in 2015, and has been giving book talks and writing seminars over the past several years, most recently at the Heinz History Museum (an affiliate of the Smithsonian) in Pittsburgh.
