Be a Host Family

The Hassadna Youth Orchestra of Jerusalem is returning to NYC to play at Carnegie Hall on April 22, 2020! This group, founded in 2006, is Israel’s leading youth wind orchestra. We are looking for host families for about 43 student (teen) musicians and 10 adult chaperones for three nights; they arrive Thursday, April 16, after Pesach ends through Sunday, April 19, when they will be taken to Manhattan for rehearsals and the competition.

To make it easier to host, they will have activities during the day Friday, but will be returned to Westchester before Shabbat begins.

This is an especially uplifting opportunity for families with children and/or are musically inclined.
