Get Ready for Yom Kippur
On Yom Kippur, please bring boxes of cereal and shelf stabilized food to symbolically represent the breakfast that will not be eaten, as this food saves lives, it is permissible to carry it on the holiday. Your food donations will benefit the Larchmont-Mamaroneck and JCC of Pelham Parkway Food Pantries.

Tuesday, September 18th: Erev Yom Kippur
2:00pm: Mincha
6:30pm: Kol Nidre
This program includes prayer, social programming, and discussion. Free event.
Wednesday, September 19th: Yom Kippur
9:00am: Shacharit
An interactive, song-filled gathering geared to children in Kindergarten through 5th grade and their families. (older/younger siblings welcome)
Free for W JC members and ECC families; $50 for Guest families
11:00am: Yizkor
The following children’s programs will be available while adults are in services:
- A structured holiday program for children ages 2 – 4
- Age appropriate services for grades Kindergarten – 5th grade
- Teen services for 6th – 12th grade
This program is available at no cost
5:00pm: Mincha
6:30pm: Ne’ilah
7:40pm: Shofar Blowing
7:46pm: Havdalah
An Important Note on Parking for Yom Kippur
A reminder that a blue parking permit is required in order to park in designated handicapped parking areas on Yom Kippur. Please contact Kim in the office before Tuesday at 12:00. Our security staff has been instructed to redirect anyone without a permit to park on the surrounding streets. Thank You!
