Be sure to participate in the Teen Engagement Department’s Shalach Manot Fundraiser. Shalach manot offers families a meaningful way to fulfill the Purim mitzvot of giving Tzedakah while supporting our teen programming.
Your participation helps instill core Jewish values – generosity, responsibility, community, and Jewish pride – at a time when these lessons matter more than ever. Funds raised directly support our teen programming to create fun, social, and meaningful Jewish experiences as our teens bridge the gap between childhood and young adulthood.
Act fast, the deadline (March 8 at 12:00 am) for Shalach Manot is quickly approaching!
Shalach Manot baskets can be picked up on the evening of Sunday, March 8 at the Purimspiel.

Purimspiel – 7 to 9:30pm
Where else can you laugh your tuchis off, make fun of the clergy, learn the Purim story through the music of a Broadway musical, and watch your fellow congregants make total fools of themselves? OK, sure, you could do all that on Shabbat morning. But at Purimspiel you can also stuff your face with free hamentashen. Think SNL for Jews. Save the date for our annual Purimspiel directed by WJC’s own Randy Heller!
