Westchester Jewish Center is co-sponsoring the official launch event of Shoresh Halev Center for Jewish Music at Beth El.  The event will take place at Beth El on Israel Independence Day (Yom Ha’atzmaut), May 4, at 7:30pm.

The evening features a special raise-the-rafters musical Hallel (with full band featuring Cantor Ethan Goldberg) as well as a world premier performance of a new song celebrating Yom Ha’atzmaut by Daphna Rosenberg and Yoel Sykes, from the renowned Israeli community, Nava Tehila. Daphna has said this is to be her final tour, ever, so this is a particularly special opportunity. We will also enjoy delicious Israeli food.

The event is free of charge.
