WJC Teens seeks to provide our teens from 8th to 12th grade with fun, engaging, and meaningful opportunities to participate in Jewish life both within and outside of WJC. Here they can explore and continue building on their individual Jewish journeys in a safe, supportive and comfortable environment.
We’re continuing our collaboration with Beth El Synagogue Center, JCC Harrison, Pelham Jewish Center, Shaarei Tikvah, and Temple Israel Center to offer a new program for 8th-12th graders focused on building a larger, county-wide Jewish Teen community. These Teen Learning Collaborative events are hosted at the JCC of Mid-Westchester in Scarsdale. While the full class list is being finalized, courses may include:
- Jewish Spirituality
- The Ethical Life: Jewish Values in an Age of Choice
- Israeli TV: Shababnikim or Checkout
- A Taste of World Jewry
The meetings this year for the collaborative will just be on Thursdays and allow you to connect with new people over shared interests! Ready to learn more and sign up?

To ensure our Teens stay connected to each other, our clergy, and WJC community, we’ll be offering additional monthly fun field trips and events throughout the year. Make sure to check
