Proposed New Slate of Officers and Trustees 2023-24

Dear WJC Congregants,

There will be a Congregational Meeting held in conjunction with the monthly Trustees Meeting on Monday, May 22  at 7:45pm. The meeting will be held both in the Activity Center (dinner provided) and via Zoom. Please see below for the Zoom link or call-in number.

During this meeting, members will vote on the proposed new slate of Officers and Trustees for the 2023-24 year (please see below). In addition, after hearing the recommendation of the Spiritual Life Committee, members will vote on whether to authorize the Officers to begin negotiations with Rabbi Arnowitz on an extension of his contract.

We would like to thank Amy Levine Kennedy for her efforts while serving as a Trustee, Assistant Recording Secretary and Officer for Membership and Inclusion. She has decided not to continue in this position.

We would like to thank Nancy Sherman for her efforts while serving as a Trustee, Assistant Financial Secretary and Officer for Children and Families. She has decided not to continue in her position

We would like to thank Robin Nazarzadeh for his efforts while serving as a Trustee, Assistant Treasurer and Officer for Development. He has decided not to continue in his position

We would like to thank Jeff Taffet for his efforts while serving as a Trustee, Officer for Adult Education and Financial Secretary. He has decided not to continue in his position

We would like to thank Howard Husock for serving two full terms as a trustee. In accordance with our bylaws, he is ineligible to stand for an additional term.
