SOJAC Update: Volunteer Opportunity

Your friends at SOJAC would like to introduce you to a new opportunity that members of WJC might be interested in pursuing. There is a new Kosher Food Pantry opening at Hope in New Rochelle. Volunteers and drivers are needed to help set up, clean up and distribute.

April 15:
9am-10am Unboxing/Packing/Recycling Team
9:45am-12:15pm Set Up/Give Out/Clean Up Team
10am-12pm Delivery Team (Car Required)
April 29:
9am-10am Unboxing/Packing/Recycling Team
9:45am-12:15pm Set Up/Give Out/Clean Up Team
10am-12pm Delivery Team (Car Required)
May 13:
9am-10am Unboxing/Packing/Recycling Team
9:45am-12:15pm Set Up/Give Out/Clean Up Team

May 27:

If you would like to commit to any of these options, please pass along your name, town of residence, email, phone and which volunteer opportunity they want to pursue o the email provided below. Hope is looking into other community partners for volunteers so while there might be additional volunteer needs moving ahead, once they have identified these 30 volunteers, they will push pause and see how things go first. As you can imagine, so much of this work is fluid.
