With Love & Best Dishes: Have I Got a HACK for You

As you work in a kitchen, you often find ways of doing things that make life easier or are solutions to problems (sometimes problems you didn’t even realize you had!) We’d love to hear some of your favorite kitchen hacks. They may even get featured in the future “Have I got a HACK for you!” blog post.

Here are two to get us rolling:

1. If you are measuring something sticky, like honey or maple syrup, spray the measuring cup with cooking spray first. The sticky substance will slide right out!
2. Have you ever thought about cleaning your can opener? It comes into contact with a lot of different foods and may get bits of food on the wheels as it opens the can. One way to clean it is to fold up a piece of paper towel and run it through the gears
